The Texas Choral Consort organizes four choirs per season. These choirs perform in February, April or May, August and December of each year.

Symposium Choir

The Symposium Choir performs in February & August. Any interested singer, age 14 and up, may join without audition.

Rehearsal Duration:
4 weeks prior to concerts
Rehearsal Days:
Monday - 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Thursday - 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturday - 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Particpation Fees:
$120 plus music and/or rehearsal aids.

Registration materials are available online approximately one month before rehearsals begin. All fees are due when the singer registers and can be paid online or by mail to the TCC office.

Auditioned Chorus

The Auditioned Chorus performs in the Spring and just before Christmas each year. Experienced singers desiring to perform at an exemplary level are always welcome to audition for membership in this excellent ensemble. Singers are selected based on vocal quality/blend, sight-reading skills, aptitude for singing in different languages, and the ability to sing some repertoire from memory.

8 - 12 weeks prior to the concerts
Rehearsal Days:
Monday - 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Participation Fees:
$75 plus music and/or rehearsal aids.
